Hello, I’m Randi!

I am a wife and mother of two, and my story with The Good Earth began in 2003 when I worked as an accounts receivable and payable clerk through 2010. After that season, I stepped away to explore other paths, including building my own Scentsy business.

The Good Earth has always felt like home to me, and I am incredibly grateful to have returned in 2015. While many things have changed over the years, the heart of this place has remained the same. It continues to be a space for peaceful walks, beautiful plants and trees, and finding that perfect, thoughtful gift for someone special.

For me, The Good Earth is more than a workplace—it is a place of beauty, calm, and connection, and I am blessed to be part of it once again.
