Agave feature bold, succulent leaves, providing dramatic architectural interest. These plants are sun, heat and drought tolerant, making them very tough garden plants; however, be sure to plant in well-drained areas. Leaves typically have sharp spines along the margins and at the ends. Please note that not all agave plants are hardy for our area; only perennial varieties are listed here.
