Yuccas are evergreen plants with sharp, spiky leaves. The bold look and growth habit pairs well with more fine textures, especially in containers or mass planted. They can provide punctuation at key points such as end of walkways also. Yuccas produce show stopping, large spires of blooms in the summer and fall. Plant in full sun, in an area with well-drained soil. Foliage color varies and may be grayish green, bluish, or variegated with cream or gold. Bloom color also varies with species and variety. Yuccas are low maintenance and are drought resistant.
