Laurel
Laurels are in the Prunus genus; we carry Otto Luyken and Skip Laurels but there are many species and cultivars of laurels. The Otto Luyken laurels are dwarf forms of the English laurel and are evergreen shrubs featuring showy, fragrant white flower spikes in spring and small black fruit. They work well as a background plant, hedge or privacy screen. Skip laurels are larger in size and are the cold hardiest of the cherry laurels. Both of these laurels require good air flow and good soil drainage for success.
