Yarrow
Yarrow plants are low growing, groundcover-like perennials with taller flower stalk rising above the foliage. Large clusters of tiny flowers bloom in summer and fall. Most yarrow have green to grey aromatic, deeply serrated leaves. The fine texture of these leaves make a wonderful contrast to the bold texture of stones, making these plants perfect in rock and wildflower gardens. Tall varieties are good as cut flowers and for drying.
