Bloomin’ Easy – The Name Says It All!

Yes, The Good Earth now has some of the Bloomin’ Easy plants available, as of April 2025!  The Bloomin’ Easy plants were selected for their low maintenance needs, and the brand has put together some useful tools like care tips via an app, as well as augmented reality so you can see how the plants will look in your space! We love this series for those reasons AND because of the unique characteristics the plants offer. Our team member Sean has put together a list of some of the plants we have gotten in, including some quick bits about the plants and a link to more about them.
Mango Twist Abelia– Compact with yellow-bronze foliage. Less long shoots than Kaleidescope abelia.
Birthday Cake Butterfly Bush– Upright form and upright blooms, looks like candles.
Royal Flush Shishi Camellia– The Shishi we know and love, but featuring variegated foliage.
Little Champ Distylium– One of the most dense, compact, and low growing Distylium on the market.
Cherry-Go-Round Hydrangea– Vivid red, compact, reblooming.
Grin and Tonic Hydrangea– Green to white blooms, compact, reblooming.
Tilt-a-Swirl Hydrangea – Red or Blue bicolor blooms with green, compact, reblooming.
Cherry on Top Sorbaria– Super cool foliage and color, looks like Tiger Eyes Sumac, deer resistant, drought tolerant, perfect for pollinators.
Poprocks Spirea– Very compact, and reblooming.
Electric Love Weigela– Compact, dark foliage, red blooms.
Tuxedo Weigela– Larger plant, white blooms, dark foliage. We have a team member who has this plant and loves it!
