Planted annualsFlower Power!

Annuals and perennials benefit greatly from thorough soil preparation. This includes adding amendments, such as Good Earth potting soil, sand, horticultural lime and organic compost, all of which work to increase drainage and air flow plus lighten the soil. Remove existing annuals then work the amendments into the soil evenly. When planting, use Good Earth brand Jump Start and feed with BR-61 for amazing blooms.

Beat the weedsBeat the Weeds!

By far, the best way to control weeds is to stop them from starting! Good Earth brand Weed Preventer does just that by forming a protective barrier in the soil, which keeps weed seeds from forming roots. The barrier is effective for 60 to 90 days and since weed seeds germinate all year round at different temperatures, it’s important to re-apply at 60 to 90 intervals to maintain the barrier. To control existing weeds, apply either Image or Weed Out with Q, depending on which weeds are present.
